PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a sheet capable of easily making a dish for confectionery/ breadmaking use, and to provide such a s dish capable of softly baking up bread using the dish. SOLUTION: This dish for confectionery/breadmaking use is obtained by the following steps: a fold 2 is provided at a specified distance apart from an in parallel with one end 1a of an approximately square woody or paper sheet 1 and the corresponding one end part 1b is provided with two U-shaped notches 3 and 4 crossing the fold 2, wherein respective U-shaped both sides 3b, 3b and 4b, 4b of the notches 3 and 4 are slantly cut off; and the other end part 1c apposing to the fold 2 is also provided with a similar fold 5 and two notches 6 and 7 of the same shape as that of the notches 3 and 4 symmetrically so as to be opposite to the above notches 3 and 4; and the folds 2 and 5 are respectively bent at right angles inward, and the resultant bent parts 8a, 8b, 8c and 9a, 9b, 9c on both ends are fixed, respectively.
