PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalytic system, and a method or manufacturing the same which is easy to the synthesized for industrial purpose, excellent in random copolymerization of ethylene andα-olefins, and high in polymerization activity. SOLUTION: The copolymerization catalytic system is synthesized by combining a transition metal complex having a specified structure and an activator again having a specified structure. The method for manufacturing copolymers using the catalytic system is also provided. |
