<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce in size in constitution, simplify the constitution, improve noise reduction effect, and enhance heat exchanging property. SOLUTION: This catalyst integral type exhaust heat exchanger 1, in which heat exchange is carried out between a high temperature exhaust gas purified flowing in a catalyst and water, and the exhaust heat is recovered, comprises: a shell type heat exchanger part 2 constituted by an inner cylinder 3, an inner shell 4, and an outer shell 7; and a doughnut shape multi-plate type heat exchanger part 7. The inner cylinder 3 projects from the shell type heat exchanger part 2, extends to an inside space of the multi-plate type heat exchanger 7, and stores the catalyst 8 in an inside thereof. The multi-plate type heat exchanger part 7 is constituted by stacking a plurality of heat exchanging elements 20 each of which is formed of two circular plates 30, 40. In the heat exchanging elements 20, inner peripheral edges are adhered to each other, and outer peripheral edges are adhered to each other, thereby forming a space in which one of heat exchange media flows. A space in which the other heat exchange medium flows is formed between the adjacent heat exchange elements 20, 20.</p> |
