PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a boiling-down apparatus performing the boiling-down work of a contaminated washing liquid to remove a contaminant without stopping the steam generating work in a stream generating tank and always supplying vapor of high purity from the vapor generating tank to efficiently and well perform the steam washing treatment of an object to be washed and the distillation/regeneration treatment of the washing liquid and capable of being arranged to an existing vapor generating tank. SOLUTION: A boiling-down container 34 is connected to a vapor generating tank communicating with a supply part of a washing liquid 21 and having a liquid control mechanism and a heating mechanism. This boiling-down container 34 can be evacuated by a pressure reducing mechanism. The boiling-down container 34 and the vapor generating tank are made possible to communicate with each other through an on-off valve 40 and a waste liquid discharging drain 41 is formed to the boiling-down container 34.
