PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device forming a bearing body in the ground without requiring a process of works for vertically moving a soil improvement stirring machine up and down. SOLUTION: Two excavation stirring pins 55 are respectively mounted to a pair of enlarged arms 52. The first pin of two excavation stirring pins 55 provided to one of a pair of enlarged arms 52 is provided to the front end of the enlarged arm 52 so as to project into the lower side in a parallel direction with a rotary shaft 10, and the second pin is provided to such a position as having a radius distance shorter than a radius distance R1 between the first excavation stirring pin 55 and rotary shaft 10 and as having a radius distance longer than a radium distance R3 between the front end of a boring stirring wing 12 and rotary shaft 10 so as to project into the upper side in a parallel direction with the rotary shaft 10.
