PURPOSE: A rotating apparatus of a vehicle is provided to turn a vehicle conveniently in a limited space by rotating around the middle of the vehicle, and to reduce wear of tires in turning by preventing the vehicle body from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A turning device of a vehicle is composed of a center wheel installed in the middle of a vehicle body; a vehicle wheel lifting unit moving the center wheel down, and moving the vehicle body up; and a differential generating apparatus(60) installed in a final reduction gear for differentiating. The differential apparatus has a power train unit(61) transmitting driving force from a ring gear(72) to the final reduction gear or a differential case, a left side gear(74) placed in the differential case and engaged with a pinion, a differential case brake(71) placed at the side of the differential case to restrict rotation of the differential case, and a hydraulic cylinder pushing the differential case brake to the differential case. The vehicle is turned around the middle of the vehicle body in the limit space. Damage of the vehicle body and wear of the tire are prevented with turning the vehicle conveniently.
