PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which exhibits high adhesivity to both ITO and SiOx. SOLUTION: This anisotropic conductive film in which conductive particles are dispersed in an adhesive layer. The adhesive is obtained by compounding the conductive particles into a thermoplastic resin composition containing a base resin and a melamine-based resin.
