PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous membrane that can rapidly be shortened the time required for developing specimens, for example, blood and can be used as a test paper for determination of specific components in the specimens, for example, blood sugar or the like with markedly high measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: This objective anisotropic porous membrane is obtained by wet-extruding a membrane dope including the first water-insoluble polymer as the membrane component and the second water-soluble and extractable components in which the concentration of the first component polymer is in the range of 12-15 wt.%.
