PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella provided with an alarm having a light emitting diode which flashes on top of the umbrella, and a refraction part under that for improving visibility, and radiating the surface of an umbrella sheet by light of the light emitting diode while saving power. SOLUTION: Inside a ferrule part 13 on top of this umbrella, a light emitting diode 15 which flashes by power of a battery 23 is disposed, and a refraction part 19 to radiate an umbrella sheet by part of light generated from the light emitting diode 15 is provided.
