PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side panel structure for vehicle capable of reducing the weight and cost and remarkably improving the workability. SOLUTION: In this side panel structure for vehicle having a closed sectional space, an opening part 6 for inserting the body 5 of a seat belt retractor 4 formed on an inner panel 3, and a support part 8 capable of fastening and supporting the mounting part 7 of the seat belt retractor 4 formed on the edge of the opening 6, the support part 8 of the seat belt retractor 4 is formed of the interior side surface 20 of the inner panel 3 and a mounting panel 15 arranged in a position opposite to the interior side surface 20 through a cavity part 16 capable of inserting the mounting part 7 of the seat belt retractor 4, and the mounting part 7 of the seat belt retractor 4 is nipped by the inner panel 3 and the mounting panel 15.
