PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the boiling of a liquid without using a back pressure valve by suppressing the calorific value generated by the dilution in a mixing part. SOLUTION: This liquid dilution device is provided with a sulfuric acid transferring system 10 for transferring sulfuric acid of the liquid to be diluted, a first diluting water transferring system 20 and a second diluting water transferring system 30 for transferring diluting water. A first mixing part 40 is provided in the confluence part of the sulfuric acid transferring system 10 and the first diluting water transferring system 20 and a second mixing part 50 is provided in the confluence part of the down stream of the first mixing part 40 and the second diluting water transferring system 30. As a result, the dilution is performed in 2 stages of the first mixing part 40 and the second mixing part 50.
