PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light tufted product having sufficient softness and pile raveling cord strength and extremely little pile idle fur, and good in air permeability and adhesive property to a secondary ground fabric. SOLUTION: A secondary ground fabric 7 is bonded through an adhesive agent 6 to the back surface of a tufted pile raw cloth 5 formed by tufting piles 3 on a primary ground fabric 2 made of a woven cloth of plastic yarn. As the adhesive agent, one which includes rubber or synthetic resin having extension percentage, tension load and foaming magnification respectively located within specific ranges. The amount of application of the adhesive agent 6 is specified to a value located within a specific range. As the adhesive agent 6, a filler is not included therein, or even if the filler is included in the adhesive agent, the amount of the filler is set to be a specific amount or lower relative to the amount of rubber or synthetic resin component.
