PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake hydraulic control device increasing no manufacturing cost, capable of accurately estimating a brake fluid temperature and capable of controlling hydraulic pressure on the basis of the brake fluid temperature. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve is arranged for controlling brake fluid pressure, and a solenoid valve control device 41 is arranged for controlling driving of this solenoid valve. The solenoid valve control device 41 is provided with a solenoid valve current detecting means 42 for detecting actuation completing time until this solenoid valve completes actuation after supplying a driving current to the solenoid valve by detecting an electric current value of the solenoid value. A brake fluid temperature estimating means 43 is arranged for estimating a brake fluid temperature on the basis of the actuation completing time of the solenoid valve by the solenoid valve current detecting means 42. A correction quantity deciding means 44 is arranged for deciding a correction quantity of actuation time of the solenoid valve on the basis of an estimate by the brake fluid temperature estimating means 43. Current-carrying time to the solenoid valve is corrected by the correction quantity of the correction quantity deciding means 44.
