PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device less in impact, high in stability, smooth in feeding operation, and capable of feeding small parts at high speeds. SOLUTION: A device frame 1 including a substrate 3 having a guide groove drilled therein and used as the moving locus for small part 100, a rotating power transmission mechanism 16 transmitting a rotating power to a drive shaft 10 rotatably pivoted on the substrate 3, and a moving head 25 connected to a slide arm 23 sliding in connection with the drive shaft 10 as the drive shaft 10 is rotated are guided and moved through the locus by the groove and, according to the movement, the small parts 100 are fed stably in the state of being held horizontally by an actuator 33 attached to the moving head.
