By the rotation of this gear 42, the rollers 6 and 7 are rocked to the standing state together with the turning shaft 23 and the rolled stock W in the holding state is turned by 90 deg.. At this time, because the turning shaft 23 is moved horizontally to the left, the rolled stock W after being turned is moved back by an equal length to the component of the horizontal movement which is generated by the turning, it comes to the approximately same thing as rotation on the spot is relatively carried out and large positional deviation is not generated.
