PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable auxiliary pad less in leakage and excellent in wear feeling. SOLUTION: The disposable auxiliary pad comprises an inner flap 11 protruded from both edges in a center area in the longitudinal direction of an absorber 4, and an expandable elastic member built in the inner flap, the absorber 4 is of an hourglass shape, a top sheet 2 is projected upward of the absorber with the absorber on the inner side of both edges along the longitudinal direction of the absorber 4 as a base end part 6, the expandable elastic member 5 is disposed on a tip part 7 of the projecting part, a tip part of a back sheet 3 returned on the absorber is joined with the base end part 6 of the top sheet 2 and an intermediate part of the tip part 7, and the expandable elastic member 9 is disposed on the joined portion 8 to form a liquid-leakage preventive pocket structure on both edges in the center area in the longitudinal direction of the absorber.
