PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that muck or dangerous objects are brocken or a conventional cleaning device in which sieve boxes or the like having various meshes are replaced and shaken to classify and separate muck or dangerous objects having different sizes is apt to break down due to vigorous vibration. SOLUTION: A single cage or a double cage is chosen in compliance with dirt of sand and kinds of foreign materials or the like and the mesh cage is detachably arranged horizontally or vertically in order to enhance the working efficiency. Muck of animals, dangerous objects, etc., are collected from sand by rotating the entire mesh cage body.
