PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a peelable aqueous dispersing adhesive and an adhesive sheet having no increase of adhesion to adherends such as metals with the lapse of time nor adhesive transfer and easily peelable without using more kinds of adhesives. SOLUTION: This peelable aqueous dispersing adhesive is characterized by capable of adjusting to a specified storage modulus by arbitrarily mixing an aqueous dispersoid (A) obtained by aqueous emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture of at least (meth)acrylate and a vinyl-based monomer having a functional group and a vinyl-based monomer having a functional group and polymerizable with the acrylate and having 5×104-5×105 weight average molecular weight, similarly, an aqueous dispersoid (B) having >=5×105 weight-average molecular weight and, similarly, an aqueous dispersoid (C) having <=95% gel based on the total and having >=5×105 weight-average molecular weight at ratios of 10-90 wt.% A and 10-90 wt.% B or at ratios of 10-90 wt.% A and 10-90 wt.% C and the adhesive sheet is obtained by using the adhesive.
