PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for pyrolyzing industrial waste in which gas generated in the pyrolyzing process is converted to combustion gas by keeping it at a high temperature and the energy of the combustion gas is recovered. SOLUTION: The apparatus for pyrolyzing industrial waste is provided with a pyrolyzing device 1 which pyrolyzes organic compound wastes and a flow path for decomposed gas 3 which supplies the gas generated by the pyrolyzing device 1 to an incinerator 2 with the gas temperature kept at 250-500 deg.C.
