PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a backfilling material from being damaged in crack of a ground and to prevent a local stress from acting on a lining material. SOLUTION: The backfilling concrete C is injected between the lining material 13 and a rock mass R and an insulating material 15 for suppressing the adhesion between the backfilling concrete C and the rock mass R is interposed between the backfilling concrete C and the rock mass R.
