<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating a waste plastic capable of reducing the corrosion problem in a practical use in a dechlorination treatment using properties of polyvinyl chloride of thermally decomposing at about 300 deg.C and releasing hydrogen chloride. SOLUTION: This apparatus 20 for treating a waste plastic is equipped with a thermal decomposition furnace 3 for thermally decomposing and dechlorinating the waste plastic to be fed and a vacuum exhaust apparatus 6 connected to the thermal decomposition apparatus 3 and sucking and discharging a gas in the thermal decomposition apparatus 3.</p> |
