<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated sheet having good and stable quality at a low cost by continuous molding while reducing use energy. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a laminated sheet by superposing a metal foil or film on the single surface or both surfaces of one or a plurality of prepregs 1 each consisting of a sheetlike fiber base material and a resin and passing the whole through the nip between heated rolls to laminate and mold the same, the length of the metal foil or film from the contact with the surfaces of the heated rolls to the pressurization between the heated rolls is 100 mm or more. Preferably, the metal foil or film is superposed on the prepregs under tension of 0.1 kg/cm width or less and further preheated before the prepregs are inserted in the nip between the heated rolls. More preferably, the prepregs are moved from above to below in the vertical direction.</p> |
