PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which consists of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and an aromatic polyester resin and which is excellent in the chemical resistance and the mechanical strengths such as fatigue strength and impact strength and also in the external appearance of a molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition consisting of 5-95 wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate (component A) and 95-5 wt.% of an aromatic polyester resin (component B), the sum total of component A and component B being 100 wt.%; 0.3-20 pts. wt. of a block copolymer (component C) having a polyester block (component C-1) and an aromatic vinyl/hydrogenated, conjugated diene type block (component C-2); and 1-30 pts.wt. of at least one kind of a block copolymer (component D) selected from an aromatic vinyl/conjugated diene block copolymer of a substantially different kind from component (C-2) and a partially hydrogenated, aromatic vinyl/conjugated diene block copolymer of a substantially different kind from component (C-2).
