PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue the sharpness of a cutting blade for a long period. SOLUTION: The body 11 of the cutting blade of a platelike substantially rectangular shape has mounting parts 10 each of which has a surface 8 exhibiting a substantially L-shaped section and having a rugged surface 7a at the rear part of the surface contacted with a material to be cut in a rotating direction of a chain, and a surface 9 substantially perpendicularly crossed with the surface 8a. The blade comprises right cutting blades A each for mounting a cutting edge 14 having a mounting surface 12 including a rugged surface 7a at one side of the plate-like substantially rectangular shape and a cutting edge 13 inclined right forward in the rotating direction of the chain at the opposite side of the surface 12 and having wear resistance, at the part 10, and right cutting blades B each having a shape symmetrical to the left cutting edge A.
