PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable rotating table with a fixing leg formed by installing the leg provided with a fixing clamp part fixing the table by the weight of a user in a top plate of the rotating table. SOLUTION: The top plate 1 is provided with a connecting part 3 between the top plate 1 having a support shaft 5 of a rotation mechanism for rotating the top plate 1, and the leg 2 in the bottom. The leg 2 having a support shaft 6 of an angle adjustment mechanism for adjusting the angle between the connecting part 3 and the leg 2 is provided in one end of the connecting part 3. This device is characterized that a fixing clamp part 4 having a support shaft 7 of the angle adjustment mechanism for adjusting the angle between the leg 2 and the clamp part 4 and fixing the table by the weight of the user is provided in the bottom of the leg 2.
