PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete segment connecting metal fitting capable of setting the pitches from upper anchor fitting sections to an upper bolt insertion hole and the pitches from lower anchor fitting sections to a lower bolt insertion hole to optimum lengths and firmly connecting both concrete segments. SOLUTION: A hardware body 1 connectable to a connected metal fitting is provided with an opposite surface facing the connected metal fitting and upper and lower bolt insertion holes 7, 8 penetrating the hardware body 1. A space forming member 2 forming a work space on the back side of the opposite surface of the hardware body 1 is integrally provided with the hardware body 1. The pitches P1 from the upper anchor fitting sections 17 provided on the right and left of the upper bolt insertion hole 7 to the upper bolt insertion hole 7 and the pitches P2 from the lower anchor fitting sections 18 provided on the right and left of the lower bolt insertion hole 8 to the lower bolt insertion hole 8 from the view in the direction of the axes L1, L2 of the bolt insertion holes 7, 8 are set to nearly the same pitch in this concrete segment connecting metal fitting.
