PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with traditional louvers that productivity relating to filter replacement is poor because a filter can be replaced only from inside. SOLUTION: A body 1 formed with a storage part 13 for the filter 2 is mounted in a through hole 51 in a mounting panel 5 and a cover 4 is freely detachably mounted on the body 1 from the outside of the mounting panel 5. Further, a guide mechanism comprising a groove 42 and a projection 15 for rotating the cover 4 by a predetermined angle about an axis after insertion of the cover 4 into the body 1 is provided between the body 1 and the cover 4.
