PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin guide device of an inflation molding apparatus which can obtain a film having a good appearance with reduced wrinkles and thickness nonuniformity and a method for producing the film. SOLUTION: The resin guide device 3 has a pair of guide members 6a, 6b arranged to be tapered on the sides of a pair of take-up rolls 4a, 4b. The members 6a, 6b have the first and second frames 7, 9 arranged at a prescribed interval and thin permeable sheets 8 stuck to the frames 7, 9. When bubbles B, which were extruded from an inflation molding die 2 and inflated, are brought into contact with the sheets 8, the sheets 8 wrap up the bubbles while being pushed outside by the bubbles B. Air is introduced into the sheets 8 from the outsides of the guide members 6a, 6b, and the bubbles B are cooked gradually.
