PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid scope the holding portion of which and an operator' s hand holding the portion are not included in the visual field of a microscope for an operation. SOLUTION: In the rigid scope comprising an insertion section 2 with an observation port on its leading end and a holding section 3 on the base end of the insertion section 2, the insertion section 2 is bent like a crank in the middle, the straight portion 7 of the insertion section 2 from its leading end to its bend portion 6 is 50 to 150 mm long and the amount of the holding portion 3 offset by the bend portion 6 with respect to the straight portion 7 is 10 to 30 mm. |
