PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird and animal injury-preventing tool which can repel small animals including birds without injuring the small animals. SOLUTION: This bird and animal injury-preventing tool comprises a plurality of curved linear members and can be attached to the outer surface of an object installed outdoors to repel small animals including birds from the object. Each of the plural curved linear members is supported on the target from both the sides or one side. The plural curved linear members are curved linear members not having a needle-like portion, thin and well flexible, but do not contact with the outer surface of the object. Thereby, since the small animals can not grip the curved linear members and ride on the curved linear members, the small animals are difficult to approach and contact with the bird and animal injury-preventing tool. Even if the small animals ride on the curved linear members, the legs of the small animals will be entangled with the curved linear members, when the small animals escape. Therefore, the curved linear members strike terror into the hearts of the small animals, and repel the small animals.
