PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve trouble in which rainwater blows into the inside from an opening between the throating projection of a lower plate tile and the underside of an upper plate tile. SOLUTION: A back-board projection 19 is formed so as to be positioned on the tail side of the throating projection 6 of the lower plate tile under a roofed state on the head side on the rear of a tile body, and the opening between the throating projection 6 of the lower plate tile and the underside of the upper plate tile is closed by the back-board projection 19.
