PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool installation structure allowing easy installation of a chamfering tool strongly at high precision. SOLUTION: In a tool holder 1 for holding the cutting tool 2, an installation hole 10 for receiving a tool base part 9 of the chamfering tool 3 provided with a cutting blade part 16 at a tip is formed, a position adjusting screw 11 and a fixing screw 12 are engaged toward the installation hole 10, and an inclined groove 22 pressed by a diagonal surface 20 pressed by the fixing screw 12 and the position adjusting screw 11 to move the chamfering tool 3 in a length direction of the cutting tool 2 to the tool holder 1 is formed in the tool base part 9 of the chambering tool 3, where the inclined groove 22 of the tool holder 1 which corresponds to a tip conical part 11a of the position adjusting screw 11 has a pair of inclined surfaces 22 forming a V-shaped cross sectional form matching the tip conical part 11a of the position adjusting screw 11.
