PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of looseness and noise at relatively moving time when clearance is generated between fitting projection parts and fitting recessed parts at fitting time since the fitting recessed parts have an extracting taper when molding a member having the fitting recessed parts for relatively movably supporting respective part almost equal cross-sectional fitting projection parts. SOLUTION: Spacer members 7 are arranged between first and second fitting recessed parts 611 and 612 and first and second shaft parts 43 and 511, these spacer members 7 have taper surfaces 7a almost corresponding to taper surfaces 611a and 612a of the first and second fitting recessed parts 611 and 612 on the outer periphery, and are fitted in almost close contact to the first and second fitting recessed parts 611 and 612, and have respective part almost equal cross- sectional internal fitting recessed parts 7b capable of supporting the first and second shaft parts 43 and 511 in an almost close contact state.
