PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive silicone rubber composition which, containing specified amounts of needle-like conductive titanium oxide and an antistatic agent having a moiety containing a metal ion in the molecule, is stabilized against the change in permittivity as a roll material used e.g. under a high voltage, is effective as a roll material for a business machine withstanding long-time use under a high voltage, especially as a semiconductive silicone rubber roll material set to a resistivity of 1×103-1×1012Ω.cm, and can be suitably used for a charged roll, a transfer roll, and development roll. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane represented by the average composition formula: R1nSiO(4-n)/2 (each R1 is independently an optionally substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is 1.98-2.02) and having at least two aliphatic unsaturated groups in the molecule, (B) 1-100 pts.wt. needle-like titanium oxide, (C) 0.5-50 pts.wt. antistatic agent having a moiety containing a metal ion in the molecule, and (D) a curing agent in an amount enough to cure ingredient A.
