PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear electric actuator at a low price. SOLUTION: Several cylindrical coil springs are attached to the outside surface of a shaft to be inclined to the shaft axis and possible to rotate freely. A thin cylindrical member is fitted outside of the cylindrical coil spring with the condition in which an elastic deformation along a radial direction is given.
