PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steamer which efficiently steams, and at the same time, can keep the temperature and the humidity in a showcase optimal. SOLUTION: For this electromagnetic induction heating type steamer 1, to an evaporation tray 53 which is heated by an electromagnetic induction heating device H, water of a water feeding tank 23 which is pumped up by a water feeding pump 28 is fed from a water feeding pipe 45, and a vapor is instantly generated, and is jetted into the showcase 3 from a vapor jetting hole 48 which is formed on the upper surface plate 47 of a box body 2, and a rapid heating and an efficient steaming can be performed. Also, the heating and humidifying control for the electromagnetic induction heating device H and the water feeding pump 28 by a control unit C, to which detection signals of a temperature sensor T and a moisture sensor S are fed back, is performed by a duty control wherein a ratio of the heating control period of time and the humidifying control period of time can be changed. |
