PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film for vapor deposition, in which even if heat treatment or the like are performed, adhesive properties and barrier properties are not reduced. SOLUTION: The polyester film for vapor deposition has a coated layer, which is formed by applying coating liquid containing a silane coupling agent having an amino group, on at least one side. After the polyester film is treated at 180 deg.C for 10 minutes, oligomer amount on the surface of the coated layer is <=2.80 mg/m2. |
