PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil an fat composition, high in safety and having good flavor, causing slight body fat accumulation and having cookability comparable to that of ordinary edible oil. SOLUTION: This oil and fat composition is characterized by basing on triglycerides and containing as fatty acids each specific amount of α-linolenic acid and medium-chain fatty acid(s). |
