PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete segment connecting metal fitting reliably blocking the deformation of a space forming member and capable of preventing the occurrence of a gapping phenomenon between both concrete segments without increasing the weight and cost of the connecting metal fitting. SOLUTION: This concrete segment connecting metal fitting is provided with a hardware body 1 connectable to a connected metal fitting and a space forming member 2 formed integrally with the hardware body 1 to form the work space having an opening section 4 at one side section between it and the hardware body 1. The hardware body 1 is provided with anchor fitting sections fitted with anchor rod-like bodies and bolt insertion holes 7 communicated with the work space. The thickness T2 of the space forming member 2 is made thinner than the thickness of the hardware body 1, and a flange section 11 having the thickness T3 thicker than the thickness T2 of the space forming member 2 is integrally provided on the opening edge of the opening section 4 of the space forming member 2.
