PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble slip preventing materials safely and efficiently while preventing the retreat and slip of an inclined shaft, excavator when assembling the slip preventing materials on a rear drilled wall face as the inclined shaft excavator advances. SOLUTION: When the next slip preventing material is to be assembled after slip preventing jacks of the inclined shaft excavator are allowed to abut and receive the previously executed slip preventing materials, only the jack abutting and receiving the existing center slip preventing material executed at the bottom center of the drilled wall face is retreated. A new center slip preventing material is connected to the existing center slip preventing material while the retreat and slip of the inclined shaft excavator are prevented by the other jacks, then the jack is allowed to abut and receive the new center slip preventing material. The jacks abutting on the existing outside slip preventing materials are retreated, and new outside slip preventing materials are assembled.
