摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid change of printing quality due to alteration of an interval d between a platen and a print head by raising the temperature of the platen by executing printing. SOLUTION: The temperature of the platen is detected by a simple temperature detecting means, and the position of the platen is mechanically changed only by a value (±Δd) to be regulated and previously set with respect to the standard value of the interval according to the temperature.
