PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a one-way clutch reconcile stabilization of condition switching action and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: In this one-way clutch 10, operating switching to a lock condition synchronously rotating and a free condition relatively rotating two ring units 11, 12 concentrically arranged inside/outside a diametric direction, a DLC film 20 is formed in an operating location of a roller 13, and at least surface roughness in an operating region of the roller 13 in the DLC film, for giving sufficient friction resistance for making lock/free action, is finished in a range of 1 to 10 μm by 10-point mean roughness [Rz]. |
