PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dispersion compositions of phthalocyanine based pigments having good dispersibility which excel in heat resistance and are useful in the preparation of color filter compositions. SOLUTION: The compositions are obtained by dispersing a phthalocyanine based pigment, at least the surface of which is basic, with the use of a phosphoric ester based pigment dispersing agent.
