PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to easily achieve the urination without soiling an outside of a toilet stool by anybody. SOLUTION: The male urination guide appliance comprises a guide cylinder 12 having a large diameter urine receiver 12a on one end and a small diameter urine outlet 12b on the other end, and a support 14A which is disposed and stored on the inner side of a turnably toilet stool lid part 11 or on a wall surface in a toilet stool installation chamber. The appliance is used by moving the support 14A close to the center of a toilet seat during the urination, and stably supporting the guide cylinder 12 by the support 14A.
