PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an active ingredient having excellent bioactivity of a propolis extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide as a homogeneous dispersion suitable for producing a food useful for human health promotion by utilizing an edible or medicinal seed oil extracted with the supercritical carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: The first method for producing the liquid or jelly-shaped homogeneous dispersion comprises combining the active ingredient of the propolis extracted by the supercritical carbon dioxide with other one kind of the edible or medicinal seed oil extracted with the supercritical carbon dioxide. The second method for producing the liquid or jelly-shaped homogeneous dispersion comprises combining the active ingredient of the propolis extracted with the supercritical carbon dioxide with a mixture of other two kinds of the edible or medicinal seed oils extracted with the supercritical carbon dioxide in a prescribed ratio.
