<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key management system in shared vehicle system capable of efficiently managing the key of a vehicle without applying a load to a user or enlarging the device. SOLUTION: When any space is present in a key housing part 48 in the return of a key, the key is returned to the key housing part 48 instructed by a display part 74, and when no space is present, the key is returned to a spare return part 50 according to the instruction of an operation guide display part 88.
