PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing mono-color foundation garments or lingerie, improved in yield through decreasing loss and realizing high efficiency and to obtain foundation garments or lingerie imparted with functionalities. SOLUTION: This method comprises forming cloth of textile comprising cotton, rayon, polyurethane and nylon and a sewing thread, setting gray fabric of the textile, forming parts of lingerie products or the like, sewing up the parts, attaching components such as hooks thereto to make underwear bulk products, refining the products, steaming at high temperature and pressure under the condition (1) shown in the attached drawing as pretreatment so as to adjust shrinkage stability of the products with dyeing property of nylon, coupling chitosan molecules to the fiber molecules by after-processing of fibers using the chitosan at the same time, imparting fouling control of polyurethane and antimicrobial properties, improving fastness of an acidic auriferous complex dye and then dyeing the pretreated bulk product with single dyeing using a dyebath of a reactive dye for cotton and the acidic auriferous complex dye. |
