摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the waste of energy consumption by an oil pump 12 to an oil conditioner 7 comprising a cooling oil circulating circuit 8 for circulating the cooling oil of a machine tool 1 by the oil pump 12, a refrigerating circuit 20 obtained by successively connecting a compressor 15, a condenser 16, a decompressing mechanism 17 and an evaporator 18 for cooling the cooling oil in the cooling oil circulating circuit 8 by heat exchanging with a refrigerant, and an inverter 28 for controlling the operation frequency of a motor 14 of the compressor 15. SOLUTION: The output of an inverter 28 for controlling the operation frequency of a motor of a compressor 15 is switched and connected to a motor 11 of an oil pump 12 in stopping the operation of the compressor 15, and an amount of the circulation of cooling oil by the oil pump 12 is variable so that an amount of the cooling oil circulated by the oil pump 12 is reduced when the heating value is reduced in stopping a machine tool 1 or the like, to save by the energy in the oil pump 12.
