PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant for effectively and economically reducing the malodors of industrial waste. SOLUTION: A deodorant composition for industrial waste is provided which contains at least one kind of organic acid, a nonionic surfactant, and a perfume and which has a pH of 1 to 5, the organic acid being selected from a polyvalent carboxylic acid with a carbon number of 3 to 8 or hydroxy carboxylic acid.
