PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a face-to-face dimension of plural pairs of rollers to a prescribed value simply and rapidly by a single operation, also to make attaching and detaching work of guide rollers simple and easy and to allow to pass through a rolled stock having dimensions larger than the specified dimensions. SOLUTION: The intermediate parts of a pair of roller holders 1 are pivotally supported by the eccentric shaft part 4 of fulcrum pins 3 which are erected on a guide box 2. In one end parts of respective roller holders 1, two pairs of guide rollers 6 which are opposed to each other and paired are pivotally supported, also the other ends of those roller holders 1 are connected with an extension spring 8. Positioning pins 10 which are brought into contact with the respective roller holders 1 in eccentric shaft parts 9 are erected between this extension spring 8 and the fulcrum pins 3 and worm wheels 11 and 12 are provided in each one end part of the respective pins 3 and 10, also respective worms 13 and 14 which are engaged with respective pairs of the worm wheels 11 and 12 are supported in the guide box 2 and those worms 13 and 14 are movable mutually independently or integrally in accordance with requirement.
